The vision of the society is
:  'to generate and co-ordinate sufficient interest from owners of sub 1-litre historic sports and
saloon cars to demonstrate that a 1-litre race series could be viable and successful, with a view to then persuading an existing motoring organisation to promote that series.'

Members should ideally own a vehicle which is capable of attaining superb performance (preferably 100 mph) from a one litre engine, of the same type originally fitted to the car (i.e. no bike engines), on carbs or fuel injection.  Single-seater racing cars would not be included.

Regulations published

Following a protracted period of consultation with members, during which many members contributed constructive comments, we are now able to publish a working set of regulations.  These can be accessed by clicking here.

Now, with a growing membership and an agreed set of regulations we are really in a position to push for racing starting in 2011, as planned.
